ZapTech (“we”, “us”) operates https://zaptech.ca and related products including TruFlow, Zoom Bridge, Kanvu, and Keel. Information we collect
- Contact messages — when you email us or use the contact form (name, email, message content). The form opens your mail client; we receive what you send to [email protected].
- Website technical data — standard server or hosting logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) if enabled by our host.
- Product data — TruFlow is a hosted service; customer and operational data is processed under that deployment and your organization’s agreement. Zoom Bridge processes Zoom authentication tokens on the venue PC and meeting control data on the local network as described in product docs. Kanvu is a hosted Google Tasks workspace; account and task data practices are covered in the Kanvu Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
The marketing site does not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent.

Retention
We keep contact correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and maintain ordinary business records, then delete or anonymize it when no longer required.

Our website and some infrastructure may be hosted outside Canada. Where personal information is transferred, we take steps appropriate to the context to protect it.
