Privacy Policy — Zoom Bridge
Last updated: August 6, 2026
Zoom Bridge (“the App”) is operated by ZapTech for personal and venue production use. For our site-wide practices, see the ZapTech Privacy Policy.
Data we collect
- OAuth tokens: When you connect Zoom on the bridge PC, access and refresh tokens are stored locally on that computer only (
bridge/data/). They are not transmitted to any third-party server operated by us. - Meeting participant metadata: Names and participant states (mute, video, waiting room) are processed locally on the bridge PC and sent to your mobile device over your local network only.
- We do not operate a cloud backend. We do not sell or share personal data.
Zoom
Use of Zoom is subject to Zoom’s Privacy Policy (https://zoom.us/privacy). The App uses Zoom OAuth and the Zoom Meeting SDK under your authorization.
Data retention
OAuth tokens remain on the bridge PC until you disconnect Zoom or delete bridge/data/. Uninstalling the bridge removes local data.
