These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to https://zaptech.ca and informational materials published by ZapTech. Separate agreements may apply to paid or hosted products such as TruFlow. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems
  • Scrape or harvest content in a way that burdens our infrastructure
  • Misrepresent your identity when contacting us

Products and documentation

Product pages and docs describe ZapTech software at a high level. Features may change. Zoom Bridge is intended for venue / organization use and may require Zoom Marketplace approval for cross-account meeting joins. Setup instructions are provided as guidance; you are responsible for configuring Zoom, network, and camera equipment safely and in line with third-party terms.

Third-party services

Our products may integrate with third parties (for example Allmoxy, Zoom, BirdDog). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. ZapTech is not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and software are owned by ZapTech or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute materials except as expressly permitted.

Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZapTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Privacy

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province or territory, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
